Processing Time

Orders are carefully inspected, folded (for textiles), and bubble-wrapped (for ceramics/metal) within 1–3 business days.

During holiday rushes or new collection drops, we’ll notify you if we need an extra day.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — email us before ordering.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties
For U.S. orders, sales tax is applied where applicable. For international orders, customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer — please check with your local customs office.
Lost / Damaged Packages

Damaged: If your bowl arrives shattered or your tray is cracked, take photos of the box and item within 48 hours and email [damages@yourbrand.com]. We'll file a claim and send a replacement immediately.

Lost: If tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office. We'll help you initiate a missing mail search.
Address Changes
Double-check your address. If you spot a typo, email us within 2 hours of ordering. Once it's packed, we can't reroute it.
Holiday Note
We pause shipping on major U.S. federal holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th, etc.). Expect slight delays during peak seasons.
We fold our tablecloths with crease-free care and wrap our utensils individually — because unboxing should feel as good as unrolling a new rug.
